Terms of service
Plain language about course access, our no-refund policy, and what to do if something is not right. Last updated August 2026.
These terms explain how enrollment and purchases work at Hummel Art School. They are written in plain language so you know what to expect before you sign up.
Using this site
By using hummelartschool.com you agree to these terms. The site is provided to help you learn about our courses, our instructors, and what is available in the bookstore. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.
Course access
When you enroll in a course or the homeschool bundle, your enrollment covers the family or co-op described at checkout. Access is granted for the lifetime of the course so students can revisit lessons whenever they need to. Courses are self-paced, and you are responsible for working through the material on your own schedule.
No refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on course enrollments, the homeschool bundle, or bookstore purchases. Because our courses are on-demand and include downloadable materials, we are unable to accept returns once access has been granted.
If something is wrong
We want every family to have a good experience. If you run into a problem with a course, a download, or an order, please reach out through the contact form. Tell us what happened and we will do our best to make it right, whether that means replacing a faulty file, correcting an access issue, or helping you get the most out of the material.
Bookstore and third-party links
The bookstore is for browsing for now. When purchase links and checkout are added, some transactions may be handled by third-party platforms such as Amazon or Shopify. Their own terms and checkout policies apply once you leave our site. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of those third parties.
Intellectual property
The course material, books, videos, printouts, and artwork on this site are owned by Hummel Art School and our instructors. Your enrollment grants you a license to use the material with your family or co-op. Please do not share, resell, or redistribute the content outside of that license.
Changes to these terms
We will update this page as the school and the bookstore grow. If we make material changes, we will note the date below and, where it makes sense, let you know through the email address you gave us.
Have a question about these terms
If you have a question about these terms or want to talk through an issue with a course or order, reach out through the contact form and we will get back to you.
